Pink barite on galena, often associated with cerussite.
Pink Barite:
The prominent pinkish-orange, bladed crystals visible on the specimen are barite, a barium sulfate mineral (BaSO₄).
Galena:
The dark, metallic-looking matrix or base rock on which the barite crystals are formed is galena, a lead sulfide mineral (PbS).
Cerussite (Possible Association):
These types of specimens, particularly those from localities like Mibladen, Morocco, frequently contain cerussite (PbCO₃), a lead carbonate mineral, often found in association with the barite and galena.
