Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Earth's Sparkles purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition — undamaged and unaltered.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return
